Tylopilus brunneus (McNabb) Wolfe
This bolete is dark tan to brown in colour. The cap diam. up to 80 mm. The pore surface is a dirty cream-yellow, quickly changing to blue where damaged. Found under tea tree.
Tylopilus formosus G. Stev.
A dark brown bolete(sometimes with purplish tints) with a dry velvety cap surface. The hymenophore is pale creamy fawn when young, becoming yellowish brown with age. Cap diam: 60–150 mm.
Found under beech and tea tree.
