Corybas acuminatus

Flowers from September to December.

The plants are quite easy to miss as their colour blends in well with mosses and leaves.

Mainly insect pollinated.

Prefers shady areas in the bush.

Flowers May-August.

Corybas "Kaimai"

Flowers October to November.

It has a more rounded and brighter green leaf than Corybas acuminatus. This species is found in shaded wet mossy areas.

Corybas oblongus

Flowers October - November.

Prefers damp shady areas.

Corybas trilobus

Seems to flower earlier than the other Corybas in this area - August to September.

These can be found in large groups, in mixed forest, alongside tracks.

I have also found large clumps in grass in open remnants of bush where cattle are grazing.
