Tricholoma albobrunneum (Pers.) P. Kumm.

An introduced species usually found with conifers. It is a reddish brown colour with white gills which turn a reddish brown colour on maturity. Cap diam: 5–8 cm.

An introduced species found under fir trees. A robust red-brown species, darker at the centre, up to 90 mm in diam., with a red-brown stipe.

A reddish brown species found under pines and Douglas fir. It can be quite large with a cap diam. up to 150 mm.

This species has been called T. stans in New Zealand, but apparently that species is not found here.
