Cortinarius meleagris (E. Horak & G. M. Taylor) E. Horak et al. This species is pale grey to grey-blue with some tan colours to the centre of the cap. Young specimens can have a mauve tinge as well. The cap has pale grey squamules. Cap diam: to 65 mm. The gills are blue-grey to violet. The stipe is clavate to cylindrical with a small bulb, with a white collar. Under beech. |
