Cortinarius alboaggregatus Soop A large whitish species. Cap diam: up to 140 mm. The cap is viscid. The base of the stipe is long and rooting. Found in groups. Could be confused with C. cretax but C. alboaggregatus has more copious veil remnants on the stipe and a darkening cap. Under beech. |
